Paul has spent two decades on the inspection side of compliance. As HSEQ Manager, Asia Pacific at SNC-Lavalin he delivered an integrated ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 system across more than five countries.
On EPCM projects including APLNG and Vale Goro Nickel he ran QA/QC, managed NDT inspection of titanium and stainless-steel welds, and led root-cause analysis of weld and workmanship failures.
He founded MRS PLC and grew it to about 450 staff across six countries. Kanon Labs applies the same rigour to the data AI models learn from.
